The complaints procedure at Elit Beauty & Cosmetics®
At Elit Beauty & Cosmetics®, quality, safety and customer satisfaction are always our top priorities. Despite our utmost care, it is possible that you may not be completely satisfied with a treatment or your experience. We believe it is important that you share this with us so that we can work together to find a suitable solution.
1. Discuss your complaint with us
You can always discuss your complaint directly with us. We will take your report seriously and work with you to find a solution.
2. Independent complaints officer (Wkkgz)
If you are unable to resolve the issue with us, you can contact our independent complaints officer via:
Klachtenportaal Zorg (KPZ)
The complaints officer will assist you free of charge in clarifying and submitting your complaint. He or she will mediate between you and our practice.
3. Dispute resolution body
If mediation does not lead to a solution, you can submit the dispute to the Wkkgz-accredited KPZ Dispute Resolution Body. This committee will issue a binding decision. More information can be found at www.klachtenportaalzorg.nl.
